OIM102.3 2" x 3" Elliptical Metal Fast Steering Mirror
Model OIM102.3 features an elliptical metal mirror with a 2" x 3" clear aperture. The standard mirror is made of aluminum, with beryllium available for additional cost. The standard mirror is either diamond turned and coated or replicated (similar to the process for making optical grating except the replicated mirror surface is flat).
